The Spartans participated in the Stuart Tri on Sept.19th and came home with a split. They beat the Gregory HS team in three sets, 25-11, 18-25, 25-23 they then meet up with the home team and again went three sets. The Spartans won the first set again ,28-26 this time. The Spartans then lost the second and third sets.17-25, 23-25. Both matches showed good defense by the Spartans, but the liability to terminate rallys was what cost the games.
