The Boyd County Junior High Football team closed out their season with a 6-32 loss to St. Mary's on Monday. The Spartan defense had difficulty stopping the Cardinals, and the Boyd County Offense could not mount consistent drives. Bryer Almgren was a bright spot, scoring the Spartan's only TD in his new spot at fullback.
The team would like to thank the guys that helped on the sidelines this year, hunter Mizner, Derek Jensen, Joe Schmitz, and Grady Witt. Coach Hart would like to thank assistant coach Trevor Wright and also Aaron Schmitz for his help this year.
