BC Girls Basketball Season Wrap-Up

March 08, 2022

The Boyd County Lady Spartans finished their 2021-2022 basketball season with a record of 4 wins and 17 losses. Boyd County had wins against Wausa, Neligh-Oakdale, Santee, and Colome. The Spartans schedule proved to be a lot more challenging than anticipated as 7 opponents played in a district final game with 5 of those teams moving on to Lincoln for the state tournament. Seniors on this year's team Bentley Adams, Anna Flesher, and Rylie Haun have all been great leaders to this team throughout their careers here and will be missed moving forward. This team grew a lot throughout the season and were really competing well at the end of the season against some very good opponents.
