Inaugural Cougar Powerlifting Meet Results

The Boyd County Powerlifting team traveled to Verdigre on Saturday to take part in the Inaugural Cougar Powerlifting Meet.

The team came home with three team awards

Junior Team--2nd Place
Girls High SchoolTeam-2nd Place
Co-ed High School Team-3rd Place

Individual award winners were

1st Savanna Ferris, Issac Jensen, Koy Gonzales
2nd Alec Disterhaupt. Liz Arellano, Hunter Mizner
3rd Amelia Hakl
4th Kaylee Bennet
5th Mercedes Brooks

School Records

Hunter set school records in Squat, Bench Deadlift and Total
Amelia set a new Bench record
Liz set new records in Squat and Bench records
